Hello fellow Drivestylers, Fat-Wheelers, Bicycle Dudes and Dudettes,

We will not let Corona get us down – and hopefully you won't either! Nevertheless, we certainly ensure the greatest possible safety for our employees and customers. More than ever, bicycles and e-bikes are system relevant, health-promoting and the BEST means of transport out there. Aside from keeping the business running, we focus on using our capabilities and capacities to support society in these challenging times. No matter if it's delivering food, renting out bikes or just bringing something from the next store to someone.

Frequently asked questions about the current situation and our service are answered here and of course we are happy to answer them personally on the phone or by e-mail. At this point once again very clear: Stay at home, stop hoarding toilet paper, stick to hygiene guidelines and avoid casseroles and barbecues. Take the time to fix or pimp your bikes and regularly take a ride with enough distance and alone!

COVID-19 FAQ

 

CAN I STILL ORDER ONLINE?

Sure, you can order online as usual. Your orders will be processed by us as usual. Of course we will answer all your questions in advance by mail or phone!

 

HAVE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES CHANGED?

What is in stock will be shipped! New parts for bikes are coming in. If you want to ride your bike in the coming weeks, you should order right now.

 

I HAVE A PENDING ORDER WITH YOU. WHAT HAPPENS TO IT?

Ordered goods are shipped immediately, even now! Sometimes parts are in the supply and it may take a few days longer than usual at the moment. In this case we will inform you by phone or email.

 

IS YOUR SHOWROOM OPEN, CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Unfortunately the showroom is closed. The workshop and the warehouse are staffed. Repairs, bike pick-ups as well as test rides are possible by arrangement and in compliance with necessary safety precautions. We ask you to avoid personal contact, wear protective clothing such as mask and gloves and keep your distance.

 

IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL AVAILABLE?

Of course! Our customer service is still there for you. The colleagues are in the home office, but can be reached during business hours. Since there can sometimes be connection problems with telephone calls, please try to contact us by e-mail ([email protected]).

 

WHAT PRECAUTIONS DO YOU TAKE TO ACTIVELY PREVENT THE SPREAD OF THE COVID-19 VIRUS?

First of all, we don't use public transport or cars, but only bike with helmet, mask and gloves. We recommend this to all of you. Always wear protective clothing. In the warehouse when assembling the bikes, the team keeps a distance of at least two meters. We ourselves and everything we touch is regularly and thoroughly disinfected. All computer workstations have been moved home. In order to punish violations of hygiene regulations directly, we have purchased a head-nut machine for warehouse employees and an electro-shock computer mouse for home workstations.
